Instruction:

5x Elite – To best prepare, avoid exposure to all toxins for at least 48 hours. On your desired cleanse day, drink the entire bottle and refill with water FOUR times; take all cleansing capsules and be sure to urinate frequently. For best results complete cleanse within 60 to 90 minutes and avoid dairy products. Follow these instructions EXACTLY.

Mouthwash – Sip small amounts and swirl in mouth for AT LEAST ONE MINUTE. Swallow when finished. Repeat until entire bottle is used up. USE FULL STRENGTH. DO NOT brush or drink anything after using.

Folli-Kleen – Wash hair with shampoo and rinse completely. Leave hair damp. Apply Folli-Kleen Intense Hair Cleanser to the hair and work thoroughly using only fingers. DO NOT brush or comb the hair during application. For excellent results, leave hair cleanser in your hair for at least 20 minutes. After the treatment, rinse hair with water. Using conditioners, hair spray, gels, or other hair products after the treatment will not affect hair cleanser performance. Only one treatment is required. For external use only.
