Simply wait for the sample to cool down until the temperature strip reads between 94-100 degrees.

After heating up your sample, attach the included hand warmer to the bottle using the rubber band. This will keep your synthetic urine at body temperature for at least six hours. When you’re ready to give your sample, check the temperature strip first to make sure it reads between 94 and 100 degrees – just to make sure you’re delivering the most lifelike experience. Open the flip-top cap and empty most of the liquid onto your partner, or into the urine collection cup if you’re trying to simulate passing a urine drug test.
